He stayed in touch with us and worked diligently to find us the carpet we wanted. Throughout the decision and purchasing process, Bill stayed in touch and was most available being so quick to return phone calls. He made the process most pleasant. Bill's carpet installer, Rick Taylor, did a wonderful job installing our carpet and did so in a timely manner with a great deal of attention to detail. We were fortunate to also be on the receiving end of Rick's utmost professionalism, courteousness, and skilled workmanship.
